1. Information we collect
We may receive your Discord username and identifier, basic profile details you choose to provide, and virtual community records such as flight entries or applications. When you sign in with Discord or use authenticated website features, we also record the IP address observed by Cloudflare, the time, and the page or feature used. We collect only what is needed for the feature you use.
2. How we use it
Information is used to run the community, coordinate flights, manage moderation, prevent abuse, and improve the website. IP audit records are retained for up to 90 days, and may be used to restrict abusive access to website features. We do not sell personal information.
Some features use third-party platforms, including Discord and Roblox. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those platforms.
3. Your choices
You can ask us to review or remove information associated with your community participation where reasonably possible. Community records may be retained when needed for safety, moderation, or technical integrity.
